Electric House Project Circuit Diagram
The first part of your project is your circuit diagram. Your circuit diagram will be the basis for your house. Each circuit diagram will consist of the five circuits you will be putting in your house. (20 pts.)
Draw each circuit independently of one another. You will be using a separate battery for each circuit.
When your circuit diagram is complete, you will need to get it checked in before receiving your materials.
Circuit Diagram DUE: April 3, by the end of class! (You'll probably finish before that!) :)
- A single outside light with a switch
- The living room area must have a "chandelier" with at least two lights in a SERIES CIRCUIT with a switch.
- The house must have one PARALLEL CIRCUIT consisting of a switch and at least three lights.
- The house must have one COMBINATION CIRCUIT consisting of two switches and at least three lights.
- The use of the motor or doorbell is open-ended, that is, you will incorporate the motor in the house in a creative manner. Some ideas are: an elevator, a ceiling fan or a garage door.
